New York City In-Person Support Group September 2026
We’d love to invite you to a casual, in-person support gathering for individuals and families impacted by mitochondrial disease here in New York City.
Living with mitochondrial disease can feel isolating at times, but you are not alone. This gathering is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the journey—whether you’re a patient, parent, caregiver, or loved one.
What to expect:
- A brief mitochondrial disease overview with Michio Hirano, MD.
- A relaxed, informal setting
- Time to share experiences (only if you feel comfortable)
- Connection, understanding, and community
