- Download the below World Mito Week images to be ready or simply repost from UMDF social media.
- Sign up to participate in UMDF Capitol Hill Day, where UMDF will set you up the your congressional offices to talk mito legislation, including telehealth, medical nutrition, the mito caucus, and more. Deadline is Aug. 13. Act now, spaces are limited.
- Make requests for local buildings/monuments to light up GREEN on September 21.
- We’d love your help in spreading awareness about #ThatMitoLife. Send us a 30 SECOND video detailing an obstacle you face in your daily life with #mitochondrialdisease OR share with us a helpful strategy, assistive equipment, or how-to.
